Veronica Ruiz de Velasco is an internationally acclaimed neo-figurative painter whose vibrant, emotive works bridge Mexican heritage and contemporary expression. Born in Mexico City in 1968, she was mentored by legendary masters Rufino Tamayo and Gilberto Aceves Navarro, and became one of the youngest female artists ever to exhibit solo at Mexico’s Museo de Arte Moderno.
