Gallery Veronica Ruiz de Velasco

Summer Time 3

Vertical drips of red-orange, yellow, and sky blue stream down the entire canvas like falling rain, layered over a mottled ground of maroon, ochre, and dark navy. A cluster of solid green shapes anchors the center-left, while a loose blue looping line arcs across the lower half like a stretched ellipse. Pale pink patches surface intermittently through the drips, and a cluster of black dots alongside a bold white vertical stripe mark the upper left corner. The effect is thick, energetic, and layered, with the underlying pattern nearly obscured by the cascading lines on top. Summer Time 3 — an original work by Veronica Ruiz de Velasco.
