Delete your Collector’s Circle account
In the app: Menu → Profile → Delete My Account (iPad: My Circle → Delete Account). On the web: sign in at veronicaruizdevelasco.com/pages/circle, open Account, then Delete My Account. Or email sales@veroart.com from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my account”.
What is deleted: your profile and photograph, saved works, concierge conversations, photographs of your spaces, waitlists, notifications, preferences and your sign-in.
What is kept: records of works you acquired and each work’s provenance, for tax and provenance purposes, without your name or contact details in our app records. Our payment and store providers (Stripe, Square and Shopify) keep their own record of a sale under their own rules.
