Cuautla Morelos

Loose, sun-bright brushstrokes in yellow, green, and magenta build a garden scene: a woman crowned in flowers leans over blossoms at left while another, in a fuchsia skirt, holds a small girl in a blue dress at right, and a third, dark-haired figure in pink kneels with her back to the viewer in the foreground between them. The paint is laid down in quick, unblended strokes that keep the whole scene humming with color and motion rather than settling into fixed detail.
