Dancer Juanita

Set against a soft mint-green ground, a single cobalt-blue contour line loops and curls into the shape of a swirling figure, its open spaces filled with clusters of pink and white blossoms, a solid mustard-gold bodice at center, and a coiled rust-brown form nestled just below the neckline, with a tangle of teal scribbles marking where the collar gathers, the whole line dancing across the canvas with loose, ribbon-like movement.
