Large spiral forms in red, tan, and black spread across a crimson ground, each one coiling like a rose head built up in thick ridges of paint. Dark, near-black loops thread between the blooms like stems, while a pale gray-white rectangular patch sits low in the center, reading as a vase or tabletop. Small touches of green surface among the red spirals, hinting at leaves, and loose yellow drips run along the bottom edge where paint has pooled and run down the canvas.
