Palm Beach Energy

Loose blue circles loop and overlap in the upper left like unfinished coils of rope, giving way to a dense thicket of black zigzagging marks that spike across the top of the canvas, while a curtain of red-orange, yellow, and gray drips falls the length of the composition — each line ending in a small rounded blob, as though the paint itself paused mid-drip — against a raw white ground streaked with soft pink along one edge and flickers of gold and lavender throughout.
