A horizontal band of thick, mottled gold and amber paint fills the upper two-thirds of the canvas, worked with visible brush and palette-knife strokes that shift from bright yellow highlights to burnt-orange and ochre shadows. Below, a solid stretch of deep teal-blue meets the warm zone along a thin, uneven line of olive green — the only transition between the two fields. There is no horizon detail and no sun disc, just the two color masses pressed against each other. A loose blue signature sits in the lower right corner.
