A skeletal Eiffel Tower and a cluster of arched church towers rise out of a white ground, built from loose cobalt and teal linework threaded with palm fronds and a small sailboat. Overhead, ribbons of yellow, coral, and turquoise arc and loop like streamers caught mid-motion.
