The Eiffel Tower rises in loose black strokes crosshatched with red, yellow, and blue, its latticework smudged rather than drawn precise, while ribbons of color curl through a blue sky on either side. Below the tower's arch, a row of women in mustard, red, pink, and green dresses stand shoulder to shoulder with their backs turned, arms lifted toward the structure above them.
